I
watched your last segment with the
Memorial Chef and was really
impressed with the useful
techniques, comments and information
given. My
wife Linda watched it later and also
liked it. No one ever teaches us
how to simply cut an onion on TV or
in the cooking books. Dr Weil on
Larry King last night stated that
our health care system needs to
change
from popping pills to prevention and
I totally agree. Cooking is a big
part of healthy choices so I suggest
you concentrate on all subjects
including the Glycemic Index. I have
the GI cookbook but most dietitians
do not seem to know much about this,
they all tie GI to diabetes when I
think it applies to all cooking.
Thanks so much for your program, I
hope that we can attend all of your
classes in the future.
